I didn't know until this year that you were my age- I always thought you were older. I have always considered you one of the "cool" kids and it's meant a lot to me that you always include me and are nice to me.

I admire your rhyming ability. :-) No, seriously, I like your perspective. You're good to vent to because you always know exactly the right proportion of sympathy to dish out- you don't gush over a minor annoyance, but neither do you glaze over a major life trauma.
