I just went out to move my car, and the maintenance light is on. It better not be anything serious! I'm not looking forward to this, the last repair job we got was the last one the parents were willing to do on it.

Finally life is back to normal! Well, almost. We haven't had trash or recycle picked up in 2 weeks now, it's taking up a lot of space an starting to smell. And our streets in the neighborhoods are still only one lane, and I'm not sure how even school buses get through, much less a huge garbage truck. Really now, I'm getting sick of having to shovel my car out just to get in to turn the defrosters on. Also of having to shovel the driveway and move my car in and out so the plows can get our cul-de-sac clear. And why does it always happen when I have to go out? Just got back from the dentist, no cavities! My winning streak against bacteria continues! Yesterday I went to Target and bought replacement headphones, cause the fabric on my old ones is ripped beyond ignorability. The new ones are kind of big though, they slip down pretty far.
