So sense Monday I decided to start counting points again to see if it would help me with my weight loss. and It is. I started around 215 and I am down to 213.6 in just a few days. So excited. Can't wait till I am under 200. Once I get under 200 its time for a new hair cut and pictures posted :)

also peppermind makes you not want to eat so much...I use pepperminds daily..& peppermint tea is really good too surprisingly.
