So sense Monday I decided to start counting points again to see if it would help me with my weight loss. and It is. I started around 215 and I am down to 213.6 in just a few days. So excited. Can't wait till I am under 200. Once I get under 200 its time for a new hair cut and pictures posted :)

if you get a notebook and write down your calorie in take and the calories you burn during your exercises that will help too!

also peppermind makes you not want to eat so much...I use pepperminds daily..& peppermint tea is really good too surprisingly.
