I couldn't imagine what you went through and what you're still going through. Life throws you curveballs all the time, some a lot harder to hit than others.
Although I can't imagine how you feel, I can tell you that I know what you mean with people being afraid to talk to you about something.
I haven't talked about my dad in a long time, simply because I don't want people to feel uncomfortable.
Just so you know, there's always someone who's going through something similar, maybe not the same, but similar.
