I suggest Xam'd Lost Memories, it's not necessarily comedy, but it does have funny bits, and it's a lot like a Miyazaki movie :) Sengoku Basara is awesome too
Shoujo-wise, if you haven't seen Pretear or Princess Tutu yet you muuuust xD they're my absolute favorites <3
And if you're up for old school/haven't seen it yet, then Outlaw Star fo sho

From your list, it seems like you might like Saiunkoku Monogatari! I really liked this series hehe~~<3 Nodame also interesting with comedy, although I read the manga more than watch the anime. These two are both shoujo-ish.

As for horror, hmm.... I don't know if these fit the category, but they're both amazing series as well: Baccano (you seriously have to watch until the FINAL EPISODE for everything to make sense...I SWEAR IT ALL CONNECTS, JUST HANG IN THERE), and Gankutsuou. Oh wait, have you watched Death Note?
