Aw, thank you! I am sorry I'm not there to eat it with you. I love greens of all kinds in my lasagne.

Hmm, now I think I might need to make one this week. Haven't done it in ages.

Oooh, that looks yummy (though I'd leave out all the veggies and replace them with chopped meat).

I like this idea of celebrating other people's birthdays by eating (and drinking?) well myself.
