Trong passed away this morning. His cancer had returned in force.

I was feeling nostalgic for Soulxchange today and went looking around randomly and stumbled across this. This is an absolute kick in the heart. I haven't spoken to Trong in a few years, since we were playing an MMO together. I just have fallen out of touch with so many people from the old days. May he rest in peace. I have such fond memories of him.

Horrible way to get the news, and it was really pretty sudden. He knew the cancer had come back and the doctor told him he had about 6 months and 2 1/2 weeks later he was gone. I know he didn't want to be here anymore and hadn't for quite some time, so perhaps he's at peace now having let go of this place of pain for him.

My husband and I own SoulXchange now, if you'd like to come back at some point :) There are a lot of the old players still there from the various incarnations. It would be very nice to have you there again. I hope you are well, and things are going good for you :)
