Somehow worse, I think. She wasn't deluding herself that a little diet something was going to make it alright to eat crap. She was surrounding herself with delectable things at a place you go to especially for these delectable things and refusing to partake. It's like going to KFC for something other than chicken.
To top it all off, she was meeting up with some beefy, personal trainer type (he had a short macchiato) to discuss a business plan for some kind of personal training type business. I don't understand why they didn't just go to some juice bar.
