Regrettably, I will no longer be able to comment on LJ, except on those rare occasions when I settle down in front of a Windows Laptop at home; I mostly read LJ on the move, and the new LJ comments page does not work on any browser I can run on my Android phone

OK, the comment box sizing is a bit annoying, but the scrolling works so it's not too bad. Otherwise everything seems to be working on this phone, (Nexus S running Ice Cream Sandwich). Can type, move the cursor around the comment, edit text, scroll to the post and other comments while composing mine. Just wish it'd stay zoomed out when I ask it to.

Posted from my Android phone in regular web view. It's mildly annoying in some ways, but better in others. In short, it works for me.

I have succeededin replying to this using the supplied browser on my HTC desire.

It is unpleasant to use, horrible in its formatting and rendering, sluggish, and requires repeated re-pastes and retries on attempting to post from a text field.

The 'Post' buttons do not apear to work in Firefox or Opera Mobile. I'm going to try Chrome, if I can find a mobile bersion.

I've seen suggestions that you can put things back how they were by altering your S2 style, although I don't remember the details (nothing appears to have changed for me, possibly because I already have an S2 style selected or something.)

I'm using the elljay client, which also supports posting to dw (but not yet dw reading pages). Also, the old mobile view www.livejournal.com/mobile/friends.bml still works.
