Byre Beware
Day Five of NaPoWriMo, the National Poetry Writing Month, and I have declared a temporary halt to the torrent of triple-rhyming filth.
Its still a Limerick.
A cow took offence and saw red
At something or udder I said
"Oh what have I done,
To deserve such a pun?"
And she gave me a pat on the head.
