Racism on Australian IT market.

I am Russian immigrant in Australia from January 2016. I have university degree, Microsoft certification and 12 years experience in SQL Server and SQL Development. In Russia I was successful IT professional and immigrated in Australia due to political reason. In Australia I am unemployed since my arrival in Australia. Why? Ordinary racism.

In June and July 2017 I conducted experiment which revealed that to be successful on Australian IT market suitable candidate must be fit for high Australian racial and ethnic standards. Skills and experience are absolutely worthless in Australia if candidate's colour of skin, ethnicity and religious belief are not suitable. In next 2018 year I continued experiment and get employed 4 times in Brisbane. Every time I told recruiter and employer I am an immigrant from Finland, they made me job offer. I accepted 4 offer and declined about 10 ones. Every time I told them I am from Russia they rejected me over few minutes. Here is a link to article https://haivan-tv.livejournal.com/3070.html
