It throws him off, but he's... He's a lot more accepting of the way Kourin (and Raimei) thinks compared to before, even though he's not very pleased with it. Age and maturity(?) has helped :T

Mika doesn't like Raikou, but that has nothing to do with Raphael. That said, Mika isn't going to hate Raikou for this ordeal. He feels that Raikou breaking up with Raphael was an understandable reaction and he can guess that Raikou doesn't hate Raphael and is actually just trying to help both of them be happier, healthier individuals. He also realizes that this plan is probably going to fail
