Well here is the deal, dumdum. You have no idea how badly she acted. Nearly criminal. You really only hear it from her perspective, which is a sick, horrible, mentally ill, small-minded world view.

But that's fine; we don't need your stinking cheers.

Have the balls to not hide behind anonymous posts. Cowardly snipes make anything you say not believable, whereas an out-in-the-open difference of opinion signals adults communicating.

While I'll admit to having no dog in this fight and I admit to not knowing the details of any of this, I'll point out there are *at least* two sides to every story.
Just sayin'.

Steve, I'm surprised at you for this post because I've always considered you someone who does not jump to irrational conclusions just because a friend is hurting. Support them, yes, but blindly attack others? Doesn't seem your style. As crazybones (whom I don't know if I know, but already respect) has noted, there are several sides to this story and your post clearly demonstrates that you not only don't know them, but don't even particularly care to before judging ( ... )

that’s fair. i am sad, and distressed, but i don’t mean to make anyone afraid that i’ll lash out at them if they disagree with me, and i’m sorry that you are worried that i would. i suspect that this post does not represent the best of me.

disparaging an entire group based on one choice by its leader

well… not quite. this process has been going on for a while, and represents a sequence of choices, by all the people involved. i wish a bunch of those choices had gone differently.

I'm a little sad that this is being commented on now. SCUL has been like this for quite a while, pretty vicious and exclusionary when they want to be.

and V was right in there with them. More than one person I know has been reveling in the schadenfreude of this, to be honest.

I wish people had noticed this behaviour earlier, and not just when the popular kid was suddenly on the receiving end.
