well said. Perhaps something to add to consider in response to people who "ignore" these things...
Downtown here in Peterborough there's ads on the back of the garbage/recycling bins (the large city ones) and benches that saw " You just prooved outdoor advertising works".

I feel "vandalism" is within reason and beauty, a way to express oneself, and share energy with the populace. Keep it illegal if you will, but respect them nevertheless.

it's bizarre how people take that statement. There are the cynics, who insist the falsehood of it... Hobbes mentality in teenage girls... ugh... Then you get the ever more macabre who throw in crossings and "Only I'm"'s... which is a twisted physchology. Bad if they don't believe their own bravado, worse if they do. But some people feel the glow of possibility, a chime of hope reflected from their innards, and the boost of energy inherent. A beautiful thing to acheive
