a kid in my brother's class on the island killed himself the other day...15 years old...it makes me so sad. i know what you mean, it seems like it's everywhere lately. i know it's always been there, but never this close to me before. i wish i could do something, but i don't know how. i love you haley.

Haley, this is totally unrelated to this post, and I dont know if/when you'll read this, but if you do, are you by any chance missing your disco-ball light that we used to use for dances at school? It was found in the kitchen after school ended last year, and Derek kept it in his room over the summer. It is in my room now, and anytime you want to stop by the school and get it, feel free.
