Hello, Sophie. I have received an invitation from Bob and Harry Dresden to a party on New Year's Eve. I would be honoured to escort you if you have no other plans.

It looks to be a comfortable group of people though I must state that there is a possibility that I will be moody and rather unlike myself. I hope this is not so, but the memories from last year are very strong and New Year's Eve is the last time I saw most people there. If you are willing to chance this, please let me know so that I may let Bob know--in common speech and not French as it was requested.
