So, I am actually going to try to make a comment that is more coherent than my recent gushing on how excellent this fic is! ... or at least talks about more of what I love in this fic. XDb

I love that Nep--NELL's land is still LOLCAT. Nicely done! XDb And John and Karkat's switching of hammer and sickle makes me grin. I am sure you've gotten comments on this before, but I am so curious about why Karkat has Vriska's trolltag initials. And about why consorts are so murderous! Of course between fic installments I will start to theorize--is the game, and by extent the consorts, pissed off at being played (failed?) so many times? Is it corrupted the way that vhs tapes and audio cassettes corrupt after playing/copying them too many times?

Hehehe. Thank you so much! ...And dude, I have actually never gotten either of those questions before, and it's kind of refreshing, so I'm going to try and answer them, in a way. While obviously I'm going to avoid being too spoiler-tastic up in a public space, if you actually want answers to some of those questions immediately, here are some moderately cagey and obtuse hints:

1.) Neither of your theories are entirely correct, though both have elements of truth to them and you're on the right track; what's actually going on is just a bit more complicated, that's all.
2.) Vriska, as has been hinted at before (enough by now that I don't mind "revealing" it here, I think) does not exist in this session.

Heh, yeah. For extra context, Karlkat was originally carcinoGeneticist, but changed it after John started trolling him all the time and he got fed up with it, because I am fond of dramatic irony/drawing parallels with actual canon stuff. But yeah Vriska WILL show up eventually, just. Not for a reeeeally long time yet.

Can I just go ahead and express my undying gratitude to you for writing this? You have real, amazing talent, and I check for updates every morning. It's something I look forward to, since there's just nothing like having a joygasm at six and trying to read a chapter under a desk in class with the doofiest grin ever on my face.

Until, you know, a sad part, or an intriguing twist that makes me stop and think. Which happens a lot.

And hush, you Jadetroll amazingly. ;) I seriously lose my shit whenever I read her lines. She's just so cheerfully insulting, and I love it, because it seems like such a natural evolution from Jadehuman.
