Oh man, the thought of god-tier Karlkat makes me happy even though I have a strong feeling it won't happen! also I can't remember if this is right or not but I seem to recall you saying there would only be one other god tier ascension, and Timm's got that covered. But even so. God-tier Karlkat is a nice thought.

It is really interesting seeing how some characters come back to themselves, but their, um, new personalities are still there in effect. Like Teri and Timm especially, they're themselves as trolls but they're also Teri and Timm, Teri and Timm didn't stop being a thing that was happening or anything.
But then Karlkat
Karlkat is, as is only proper, fighting himself every step of the way and god, this is so good. I like how Nell called him Karlkat and he didn't even take note!

Gamzee is indeed batshit though slightly less batshit than you might assume?? There is something of a method to his madness. Which you don't get to find out for like another five chapters oh god I'm awful.

I think what I said was that there would be at least one other ascension. Though it's possible I borked that and accidentally lied to you re: number of godtiers. There is one other after this! That, again, won't be happening for a looooong while.

This balancing of personalities is actually going to become A Thing, so. I am glad that I am doing it properly.

You have no idea how glad I am to read that, because it REALLY GETS MY EARTH HUMAN GOAT when I am reading a story and a character 'awakens' to a new personality or something and the writer just completely disregards the previous personality--and yeah, i have read enough things along those lines that this is a thing XD; but like, IDK i have a weakness for reincarnation fics XD;;; and there was one in this other fandom, where the characters at some arbitrary age SUDDENLY REMEMBERED their former lives, and their new lives were just completely irrelevant at that point, and my reaction was disappointment, because how can you just toss aside ten, fifteen years like that? Unless you have the personalities violently fighting and maybe one kills the other one or something? XD;;;

Sorry for getting my TL;DR on up ins. Basically I like balancing personalities, I used to be a YGO fan and it has ruined me forever! ;o;
