Okay, so Schloss Burg is far from the best castle ever. It's not really authentic nor is it actually that exciting. It's terribly touristy, especially on weekends. But then it's the only proper castle around here, and I love to go there every now and then, especially when there's not so many people there (you have a really great view of the stars

I don't find the colours icky, to be honest.

I think the Horizon is perfect for such a setting because it inlcudes so much of the panorama and just gives it a nice size. Schloss Burg probably wouldn't work so well on "smaller" pictures. :)

Really? I'm happy you like the colours! I guess I'm just disappointed because the weather was so not how I'd wished it to be and I'd hoped the colours'd come out differently. I was just hoping for blue skies and all that. Oh well.

It's really tricky to find the right motives for the Horizon, actually more difficult that I'd imagined. But yes, Schloss Burg works really well :)

Mmmm, then we need to have one again. And go to Burg again or maybe check out Rüdenstein, if you like?
