So the Lancet has published a report that claims that 2% (601,000) of the Iraqi population has been killed in violent deaths since we, and it was in all our names, invaded

I was quite impressed with his line about being impressed that Iraqis "so want to be free" that they'd endure this level of casualties.

I'm not really sure what choice they had in the matter.
