Ah. Sorry. Sailor Bob is the "stupid monkey," who supposedly isn't actually stupid. I call him that in lieu of other adjectives I don't like to use.

Rumor has it that the monkey invented a death ray and all sorts of things, but I always attributed his posts to Sen-nii being high and never gave them any credence.
