I've been experimenting lately with selling off some of our stuff, which is working out pretty well. I'm using kijiji.ca to do it, and so far I've sold our bar stools, a rack, our kushies cloth diapers (we've decided to use a different system since these stopped fitting Erik, and never really fit him well in the first place), and one of our rat

I'd look into an exersaucer. They're wonderful for keeping those minimally mobile little people penned in, and more entertaining than a play pen! :) Perhaps you can find one used? I've already promised mine to my BIL, otherwise I'd lend it to you!

We have one, but he gets bored with it now and wants to move around... He's so determined to get going!

Oh, and give Erik his own spoon to hold while you feed him. Then you can continue feeding him with the "real spoon"! :p

I tried that one, I used to do it all the time in the hospital. It didn't fool him unfortunately :)
