Warnings: Excessive violence. With Genis. Who knew?
Effects: Pride.
[ It was more disheartening to anyone else to watch the body slide along the floor after being dragged down the corridor of the Desian stronghold. It had taken awhile, like a lot of things that had been planned by the collection of half-elves who were desperate for equality and to see through Lord Yggdrasill's plan through until the end; and this Desian was no different.
He was just more successful than the rest of the other Desians but he didn't think he could say anything about that without hurting their feelings. Even though he didn't care. At. All. The Desian walked into the cell where the red clothed boy had been tossed into before standing over him, a grin tugging at his lips as he looked down at him. ]
For a hero you are really embarrassing, Lloyd. [ He crossed his arms in front of his chest before kicking the human over on his back. Lloyd was slowly regaining consciousness, but enough to know he was in a situation that no one truly ever wanted to be in. ] As a matter of fact, all of you were. [ It's past tense for a reason. The Desian had done what he could to silence the others. Zelos and the others of their traveling part. He glanced down as Lloyd finally focused on his surroundings. ]Don't do this. We're fr-- [ The human was cut off by a boot pressing against his neck and the half-elf scowling down at him. ] We're what? Friends? Humans and half-elves can never be friends! I was never your friend!
That's not true! [ Lloyd struggles to get his friend's foot off his neck and Genis just scoffs, not moving at all as he looked down at his friend and then at his friend's Exsphere. ] You know, Lloyd. The only thing we need from you is your exsphere. The rest of you is not important. It'll actually be a benefit, you wouldn't try to foolishly help the Chosen anymore. [ The Desian stepped back in the cell, taking off his
helmet and holding up his kendama (something that was not very daunting). ] Indignati--
Nono--NO. [ Genis rolls out of bed, sitting up in his bed and staring forward for a bit. He wouldn't do that. He wouldn't. He couldn't hurt his best friend. The half-elf sits up at the edge of the bed, looking over at the dreamberry blinking at him but he's actually...far too tired to lean over and turn it off. So he just tosses a blanket over it. ]
