one of my cats, which has never quite shown itself to be a bright little kitty, apparently decided to climb in the sun roof of our neighbor's friends van. not surprisingly, it didn't figure out a way to get out after that. more surprisingly, it didn't make any noise when he got in the van and started it up

animal control or humane soci should be able to loan you a cat trap.

what a mess......i had a roommate whos cat LOVED to go for rides. before you left the house you'd have to sit in your car and call for the cat to make sure he hadnt crept in.....if you didnt eject him at the house he usually popped up in the front seat with his paws on the dash happily meowing on the on-ramp
