Not really. But sadly LJ has sorta died. I still like it better though. A lot less inane status updates like: "is sad" and then giving no context whatsoever. I much prefer the 2 page long rants on LJ on why exactly someone is sad.

I like it better now. Large rants are fun but happen too infrequently to motivate one to check up frequently. "is sad" is pretty lame, but I like getting one line updates on what people are up to. And the filtering options are pretty neat. I've added all my coworkers and then added them to a filter that means they're excluded from my posts and pictures and shit so they'll feel all connected while I can still talk about drugs and porn sites.

I prefer LJ for long posts and really personal stuff. Simple, short things that happen to be on my mind at the moment go to Facebook.

I like the short messages on Facebook. I like the fact that you can upload photos. Its a lot easier to keep up-to-date with people via Facebook!

For long post I'd still prefer LJ, but I don't really have that much to say lately..
