Canon: For thirty-five years, brave men and women have been protecting this planet and multiverse as we know it! Transforming into heroes in color-coded spandex and using the power of teamwork to win against monsters trying to destroy Earth, these brave people are called Super Sentai or simply rangers. The latest incarnation of Super Sentai are the Gokaigers, space-pirates not actually looking to protect Earth, but to find its ultimate treasure. The Gokaigers’ special ability is to transform into previous rangers, and they just so happen to fight the monsters that are threatening Earth’s well-being. Maybe they’ll even learn to love a little more about humanity and why it’s so special along the way!
Well, except for Gai. See, Ikari Gai's a huge fan of Super Sentai already, and he rounds out the Gokaigers as their only Earthling member and skilled sixth ranger-- GokaiSilver. He's a passionate ranger, tending to rush forward without a lot of forethought. Gai’s eager and wholehearted about all his ventures, and he tries very hard to do whatever he can for everyone he meets; he’s honest and helpful! He’s also a little loud, and really energetic, to the point of being annoying with how enthusiastic he is. Also, he’s really serious about being a fanboy-- which kind of lends itself to ridiculousness at times. The ranger can be stubborn and insistent about his ideas regarding how a Super Sentai team should be, but he’s trying to help. With Gai’s mostly-unnecessary input and distracting fanboying, where could the Gokaigers go wrong?

Ikari Gai, reporting for duty! Miss Sayre sent me here to start a ranger team for Camp, and I think I’ve got it all together. Last but certainly not least, you, Miss Marcy, have been nominated to be the extra ranger in the Camp Fighters Underground Defense Rangers. It’s CFUDgers for short. It’s pretty catchy; I’m almost jealous. So, are you excited? I hope you’ll love it as much as I do; being the extra ranger is the best thing to ever happen to anyone!
First things first, as the extra ranger, you’ve got to be the best and support the whole team when they need it. Surviving in this camp so long, it’s clear you’ve got amazing power. Like, you’re definitely aquatic, but you’re living on top of a silo! How cool is that? Still, I know this is a fighting team, but strength isn’t all you need. I can see you have a really great heart underneath all those tentacles. You’re really loving-- let that shine through with your compassion. The most important part about support is that you help your teammates and be there for them when it means the most!
Secondly, you’re going to need a catchphrase. It’s gotta shine! Let’s see, maybe something like... “Let’s start kraken some skulls! CFUDger White!” What do you think? Maybe it’s a little too specific; some of your enemies probably won’t have skulls. They could be invertebrates, like you, or not have heads. Let’s try again. How about “No squidding around!” No, that one falls a bit flat. Tell you what, we can come back to this. Squid puns are really difficult, I know, but it’s a good angle. Don’t worry though, you don’t have to have it right away. Good catchphrases come with time. “Tentacular Spectacular, Marcy the Squid,” has a really nice ring to it, though. I’d put that under serious consideration.
Most importantly and the most awesome part of all, Marcy, you’ve got to have a cool pose for when you transform! You have a pose in mind already? Great! Let’s gather the rest of the Camp Fighters Underground Defense rangers up, and you can show everybody. On three, ready? One, two, three!
CFUDger White, Maaaaaaaarcy the Squid!
That’s great; you look awesome! Er, wait. No, Miss Marcy, we don’t pick up the other rangers when we pose. I’m pretty sure that CFUDger Purple is afraid of heights. Remember, unlike monkeys, most gorillas don’t spend their lives in trees, so please, just put him down!
