I don't think that I could ever get rid of my books. To me a great pleasure is opening a book for the first time. I also love handling books and curling up with a good book. I can't imagine doing that with a kindle.
That being said, me neighbour loves her electronic books.

let me know how that kindle thing works out for ya if you get one.I'm pretty interested in them myself since I hear colleges are thinking of puttingall thier textbooks on them and I like having books with me when I go somewhere...I just really hate my books getting dog eared in my purse.

The people I know who have gotten them,love them oodles.
