Uh... I don't know. Cause they came back up soon after. Virus and period pain. Lucky me.

try ibuprofen. Or ibuprofen and codeine! (ie Nurofen plus)

Yeah. Some ibuprofen would be brilliant. Unfortunately it was either codeine and paracetamol or just paracetamol. We need to restock out medicine cabinet.

Chemist Warehouse are great, they have bottles of 96 Nurofen for about $8 I think. No more annoying blister packs, just a compact little bottle.

I'm always well stocked with painkillers, I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to any kind of aches..
