ISABELLE LIGHTWOOD ♚ | ♣ | ღ
Jessamine's other resident female Shadowhunter. The two didn't get along from the first moment they met each other but that's to be expected when you take one modern day New York girl and a 19th century Victorian London girl and put them together. The two have had their ups and downs since arriving...mostly downs though. Isabelle can't understand why Jessamine would want to leave a mundane life and therein lies most of the tension between the two. They get along on the occasion, but lately things are more tentative than not.
MAGNUS BANE ★ | ♣
The one who invited Jessamine to stay with the other Shadowhunters in the first place. Jessamine isn't sure what to think of Magnus to be honest. He likes nothing more than to tease her and half of their conversations end up with her getting frustrated with his jabs. She can't hate him because he's the one who invited her to live in his house, but oh, it's hard when he's a Downwolder.
MAX LIGHTWOOD ♚| ♣
The younger brother of Alec and Isabelle. He seems to take on the whole teasing Jessamine thing too, and it irritates her to no end. Despite that, she doesn't really mind Max, leaving most of his actions to be explained that he's still rather young. Also that, but Isabelle let it slip that something may have happened to Max back in Isabelle's world.
JACE LIGHTWOOD ♚| ♣ ♣
Jessamine does not like Jace mostly because he reminds her of Will with his attitude and constant stream of snark. If she had to define him it would most likely be the same way she describes Will: Handsome enough but completely horrid. She's not buying the story that he's a Lightwood either - especially not with that blonde hair of his. Every Lightwood she's known has dark hair and besides that - he reacted ever so strangely to the last name 'Herondale'. And that naked trick? Not amused at all, Jace.

TOHRU HONDA ღ ღ
Tohru is a bit of an odd girl. This doesn't mean that Jessamine doesn't like her - on the contrary, she thinks she's absolutely darling. A bit ditzy, but darling nonetheless. She's appreciative of the fact that Tohru is willing to listen to her should she need someone to talk to about her past, but that doesn't mean she'll be taking her up on it any time soon. She's much more interested in helping Tohru out with her own little love life problems.
DESMOND MILES ღ ღ ღ | ♥ ♥
Practically one of the only people outside of the Shadowhunters in the manor that Jessamine kind of slips up on the lady act with. She's let out more than she's ever said to any mundane to Desmond for reasons that she can't explain. Jessie thinks he's handsome enough and his attempts at anything romantic make her laugh. She may have the slightest crush on him, and no that doesn't have anything to do with their accidental kiss, but it goes as far as that. She knows there's more than meets the eye with him, but she's not going to touch on that until she has to.
ELIZABETH MIDDLEFORD ♦
A Victorian girl from London. Jessamine finds it extremely comforting to know others in Somarium who are from the same time as her even if she isn't from her own world persay. She may be slightly jealous that the girl fourteen and engaged to an earl, but it's nothing more than petty jealousy. Jessamine finds her charming and lovely company.
IRIAL ★ | ♣ ♣
Just the fact that Irial was a Downwolder was enough to turn her off the idea of him. As pretty as he is, Jessamine finds him creepy and finds it even more baffling that Isabelle is dating him. She was not pleased to find out that he has a habit of watching people.
ALICE LIDDELL ღ ღ
Jessamine has taken to Alice very quickly from the few conversations they've had. She thinks she's absolutely lovely and wouldn't mind spending more time with Alice. She's supposed to help teach her how to bake and teach her French as well. She's definitely taken quite a liking of the girl and seeing her smile brings a smile to Jessamine's own face.

MERLIN ★
She was surprised to meet a character that she read about in story books, but quickly became accustomed to the idea. Merlin was very different in person than he was from her children's books, but she found him to be rather pleasant and amusing over anything else.
JAMES CARSTAIRS [ JEM ] ♚ | ღ | ♛
Jessamine would never admit it out loud, but Jem is kind of family regardless of what she may say otherwise. He's an orphan just like she is, and frankly, despite his apparent opium addition, he's rather polite. Since coming to Somarium, she's learned that his affliction is not opium based but rather tragically linked to demon poison instead. Her respect for him has gone up...and it's always nice to have some touch of home with her.
ALEC LIGHTWOOD ♚
Jessamine's first thought when she met Alec was that he looked remarkably like Will. Luckily his snark wasn't anywhere near as bad as the Victorian Shadowhunter, but there was still enough there to annoy her. He, like the rest of siblings find it mind boggling that she wants to be a mundane instead of a Shadowhunter. His relationship with Magnus makes her uncomfortable, but she hasn't said a word about it.
