The stupid jerkface that gave them a bum TV (which really isnt a bum TV--they just didn't hook it up right, and even if they had, it's not like television signals exist on their world yet). Devit will not rest until Adachi gives them one that works right, damn it!
Oh yeah, Devit also killed him during the assassin event, but that was out of pure necessity. The TV is way more important.
Azula [ ☠ ]
Devit doesn't think much of Azula one way or the other, though he will take advantage of any opportunity to piss her off, because it's funny.
Cross [ ☠ ☠ ]
Devit's opinion of Cross hasn't changed much from canon. He hates the guy and wants to see him dead at the hands of himself and Jasdero. The desire to actually do his job has kind of taken a backseat since he's found the community, though. After all, Cross has disappeared from their world and has been running around like the cowardly old man he is. Jasdevi will get him eventually, of course. Just... not yet.
The Emoticon [ ☠ ]
TROLL HARDER, ASSHOLE. Only don't, because his skills in the field pwn Devit's hardcore. Though Devit wasn't too happy that the Emoticon's asshattery ran Shito off of the community, the guy is more of an annoyance than anything, at the moment. Devit's main concern is proving that he's a better troll. How he plans to do this is, as of yet, unknown.
Hakuba [ ☠ ☠ ]
Another one he was picked on by during the high school virus, though he pretty much instigated it by making fun of the fact that Hakuba was a cheerleader. Then he got roped into wearing a cheerleader uniform to prove that he wasn't a coward, and, well... Nothing is sacred on the community. Devit blames Hakuba for his ensuing embarrassment.
Jasdero [ ☠ ]
Devit's literal other half. Without him, Devit would be incomplete in more ways than one and would probably go insane. Together, they make up Noah's Bonds, so bonding--either by doing things with each other, like causing mischief or doing each other's nails, or literally merging into Jasdevi--is an integral part of their relationship. Nobody will ever be as close to Devit as Jasdero is.
Recently, however, Devit has started keeping some things from Jasdero, which he's never, ever done before. It makes him feel INCREDIBLY, TERRIBLY GUILTY, doubly so because what he's keeping from him has to do with experiences he's had without him, WHICH IS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN. It's like a betrayal to their very nature! Devit justifies this to himself by saying it's for Dero's benefit. Jasdero is ~pure~, in his mind. He doesn't need to know that Devit's messed around with Shito and wouldn't mind doing it again and that he fantasizes about it sometimes and... yeah. Although, he's pretty sure Jasdero knows something is up--he can't not, really--and it's only a matter of time before it comes up. Devit has resolved to cross that bridge when he comes to it, however.
...If his guilt doesn't eat him alive first, that is.
Lavi [ ☠ ☠ ☠ ☠ ]
Lavi is a stupid Exorcist. As with Cross, Devit's opinion of him hasn't changed much. He sees him as an annoying, empty-headed moron who doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut. Devit does take pleasure in exchanging banter with him, though, particularly when he thinks Lavi's losing.
Michael [ ☠ ☠ ]
Michael is a dick. Devit hates him and would love to rip his throat out or crush his dick or just... really do anything that would involve massive amounts of pain on Trinity's part, not necessarily resulting in death (that's too good for him, you see; it has nothing to do with the fact that Tyki would kick Devit's ass).
Michael has seen Devit at his worst: powerless without Jasdero, scared, and pathetically begging for his life. These things, of course, do not sit well with Devit. They're humiliating and degrading, and the fact that Michael seems to be Tyki's favorite friend right now makes it all ten times worse. Devit will likely never hold anything but contempt and utter loathing for him.
Naoto [ ☠ ]
Naoto is... okay. Devit doesn't like her, but he finds it difficult to actually hate her, despite the fact that he thinks she's way too nosy. She's responsible for him and Jasdero getting their hands on some anime, and as soon as they get a working TV and DVD player, they plan to watch it all.
Prussia [ ☠ ☠ ]
Prussia--or Gilbert, as Devit knows him--is also a dick. During the high school virus, Devit was mercilessly picked on and "bullied" into joining the soccer team by him (REAL MEN PLAY SPORTS AND DON'T WEAR GIRLY MAKEUP, THEREFORE, DEVIT WAS NOT A REAL MAN UNLESS HE PLAYED SOCCER). Devit wouldn't mind punching him in the face, honestly.
Shito [ ☠ ☠ ☠ ]
At first, Shito was just some stupid zombie Devit got stuck alone with for a few days because of a dumb virus. They didn't like each other, they didn't get along at all, and they spent a good portion of their time arguing or exchanging blows. Then alcohol got involved, and before Devit knew it, he had a lap full of drunk zombie practically begging to kiss him. WHAT WAS HOT-BLOODED, YOUNG MAN TO DO?
A zombie, that's what.
During that time, he learned he had some kind of control over Shito, possibly because his make-up was similar to that of Akuma. So hey, they got to mess around a little, AND Devit could make him do it again, if he wanted! What a recipe for disaster!
Fortunately, it never came to that. After a certain incident involving a jerk named Toho, Devit--although only subconsciously--became aware of some parallels between himself and Shito, which began to foster a tiny sense of kinship. Which was really kind of weird for him, because Devit's always had an Us (himself and Jasdero) and Them (everybody else) mentality. Subsequent conversations only made it worse, and now Devit actually kind of likes him a little-maybe-a-lot but has no idea how to handle it. Liking people and having friends is something Tyki does, and Tyki is good at it. Devit is pretty sure he's not, so it's scary for him, and it's much easier to push Shito away. Even though he doesn't really want to.

Devit is oddly possessive of Shito. He doesn't want anyone else to touch him (especially Tyki, because everybody always loves Tyki) and thinks of him as his zombie, despite having no speakable claim of him. He also stalks his conversations on the community.
Tyki [ ☠ ☠ ☠ ☠ ☠ ]
In Devit's mind, Tyki is the Golden Boy, the one who everyone will always love no matter what he does because he can obviously do no wrong. He's everybody's favorite Noah and has everything Devit wishes he had and knows he can't, and that fact drives Devit up the freaking wall.
He doesn't hate Tyki, though, even if it seems like he does sometimes. Before the assassin event, Tyki was probably the person Devit trusted most next to Jasdero (although, that wasn't really saying much), and when they aren't grating on each other's nerves, Devit actually likes him. He's sort of a rival, an annoying older brother, and an object of Devit's admiration, resentment, and contempt all at once.
After the aforementioned assassin event, however, Devit's level of respect dropped quite a bit. See, Devit is used to assuming everybody but Jasdero hates him--or at least saying he does--but his desire for love and acceptance is ridiculously strong, and he thought he had some of that among his fellow Noahs. When Michael Trinity killed him during the event, the fact that Tyki seemingly didn't care and, as far as Devit could tell, sided with Michael, dealt a huge blow to how Devit perceived his relationship with Tyki and hurt him a lot. It also proved to him what he was already afraid of: that everybody hates him, and nobody but Jasdero would care if he died. What trust was there is mostly shattered now--or should be.
Zechs [ ☠ ☠ ]
Devit thinks Zechs is a stuck-up jerkface and hates when he weighs in on things that, in Devit's opinion, are none of his business. Devit doesn't give a flip that Tyki and Zechs are married (beyond thinking it's stupid, anyway); it doesn't give Zechs the right to interfere where he's obviously not wanted.
I did my best to remember everyone he had significant CR with, but I'm sure I missed someone. Please let me know if it was one of your characters! Also let me know if you'd like me to expound on anything. :3
