Hehe...Seriously. :)

Actually, I don't know. I think I'd rather be alone because I'm smart than with someone because I'm stupid. Or maybe we could just play dumb long enough to real them in as a compromise. ;)

But you can only bash dumb ones (and dumb females too). It wouldn't make sense to 'malebash' the smarter ones :)

True! I was kidding about any bashing, of course. The dumb ones of both genders are to be pitied, if anything.

I'm a clever lad who would rather perish than marry a woman who isn't.

Make up your mind that you know exactly everything there is to know about how people live their lives. Never actually spend time with people, mind you, but send out surveys or have your grad students interview them. Throw out any results which might prove you wrong and be sure to carefully edit your data to show what you want it to show.

And then you, too, can be a serious academic who gets interviewed by the mass media and sometimes sells books.

Feh, I say.

With something like this, I think you always have to take it with a grain of salt. Really, any psychological study. I also think the fact that the subjects of the study seem to be in their fifties now says a little something. Different times and all.
