Trades are welcome but if you offer an item please say something SPECIFIC about why you think I would like it AND what item you would trade for.
ex. I'm offering this JSK because it is similarly styled to sale item #blah or wish list item blah I'd like to trade it for item #otherblah.
Aesthetics I love: dark green, over/underdresses, rainbow royal emblems, stained glass, tartan, gothic & chocolate.
Shipping Estimates: $5-$22 domestic, $18-35 internationally for first class
Please add more for tracking or insurance.

Terms of Sale
1) Payment: I accept Paypal. Options such as concealed cash, check, or money order can be chosen at the risk of the buyer. People who live in Philly can arrange a face to face transaction or other payment possibilities. / Payment must be received within 24 hours of the invoice. Failure to pay may result in negative feedback
2) Holds / Payment Plans: n item is claimed when someone offers full payment. COMMIT SINCERELY. Claiming an item and then backing out of the exchange will result in negative feedback. / If you need to ask a question please be sure to state you are seriously interested first. / I will gladly negotiate a hold or payment plan. I ask for 20% non-refundable deposits and a schedule finished within 6 weeks
3) Shipping: Items are shipped whe payment s disbursed out of Paypal into my bank which takes 3-5 business days. / Items sent domestically worth under $150 will not come with a tracking number. You can ask me to add tracking which will be an additional ~$2. / I will ONLY ship internationally using priority mail which allows me to track the package. Sorry, but this is expensive. / I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package was lost with a tracking number I will investigate to the best of my ability
4 Customs If you wish to have me mark down a package, I will only accept payment by 'gift' through Paypal This action does not protect the package for loss or damage through the post so you cannot ask me to give your payment full protection through paypal lease only ask for this if you have a lot of excellent feedback.
5) Currency: Prices are in USD. This can be converted by usin xe.com. Understand that Paypal’s exchange rates are marginally different.
6) Feedback: I have feedback here, EBay, and Amazon under the same name. I have had over 500 transactions through LJ so please talk to me if you'd like extra assurance of an item or my reputation. Please contact me once the item has arrived and we may exchange. If you have ANY issues at all let me know! I will listen to anything you feel bothered by
7) Trades: I am accepting trades in this post but make serious offers please. I have been following lolita for years and I know what things worth on this market. Please refer to this post for m wishlist tems and other general trade colors and cuts

8) Measurements: All measurements are amateur. If you need anything extra just ask :D Its no bother. I do not take responsibility for ill fitting items so long as my measurements are accurate within a reasonable range.
9) Item condition: My cat is not allowed in my bedroom or near my lolita clothes. Pictures are provided to help further show condition, flaws or alterations. I will list the accessories included (pins, waist ties, etc). If you know of something not listed, ASK to be sure I have it
10) Returns: I do not accept returns. Do not threaten this to force a refund. If an item is proven to be damaged or unreasonably inaccurate in description I will accept a return if the customer believes this is the best option for him/her. I have not designed any of the items and I hold no responsibility in that respect.
11) Editing: After an item is sold, I will erase the picture to save bandwidth. Words will be kept but given a strike to keep organized. Please screencap relevant information or ask for picture links after the sale.
