Oh, they're the worst! They're a criminal organization that tries to steal Pokemon... they've kidnapped people, and once took over the radio tower to make Pokemon go crazy! It was awful.

A-huh. But fortunately, a rescue team managed to help the kidnapped, and they were chased out of the radio tower. It's been a while since we've heard from them. Hopefully they've learned their lesson since then and they're turning over a new leaf.
