This was a clever way to get to bonding. The idea of a delayed curse makes sense.I needed a translation of some of the Latin, though. "Love conquers all, ...?" Interesting idea that Voldemort actually did them a favor, in a way. Saved the boys all those years of fumbling around that we read about in other fanfic ;-)

VERY nicely done indeed! Clever storyline with the curse and all, and very effective the way you showed the two of them working through the flood of memories to come at last to an understanding of each other. Not too heavy-handed or overloaded with smut, just enough to show the passion that's always been there underneath it all. Great piece of fic :)
