-- I've been feeling really bogged down with class lately. I sort of feel like the class is moving in fast forward and I'm stuck on pause (sometimes rewind)

Haha.. that's me all the way right now. I'm trying hard to break out of it though and get ahead.

It seems the harder you work and strive to get ahead, the more you realize how much you have to do to get done.

Hopefully something will get me through this next week of school. At least I got my job back.

this is my first comment on your regular LJ, not the hiphop community. it's interesting, i never knew you were an Art History major. that's cool :)

Technically, I'm not an Art History major. I am not even a full-time student at this particular University. I'm simply taking a couple classes here and there until my girl finishes up what shes gotta do and we can than move to an area that is more 'my style' (city orientated.) Hopefully Columbia University in Manhattan. Than I'd be a stone's throw from home.

As far as my Art History course, things could be better. I heard the professor is infamous for missing classes and not showing up -- It has yet to happen once this semester.

And I can ensure you that your Jungle Queen loves you with or without your mask. She would be lost without your protection, and is reminded of your bravery in the face of discordance and adversity. I marvel at your strength and love you more and more everyday. And, yes, I switched voices...from third person to first person. ;)

I'm so proud of how you study. You are an amazing student...always reading, constantly reviewing. It's humbling to even those who feel as if their intelligence will carry them. I feel guilty standing next to you as you read more for your one class than I do for my six classes.

You are the embodiment of the Phoenix, and I am proud to be your Jungle Queen.

My Love.

I do only the best a human man can do - sometimes emotions get the best of me, and I may seem difficult than most. I try to keep focus on my goals and strive to achieve them, but then again, I'm only human (in this world, at least.)

As far as schooling & grades go, you are on the Dean's list - and your GPA is a 4.0. I think you should realize just how much *YOU* do.

You keep things clear for me that would otherwise be hazy- and honestly, if it wasn't for you, I'd probably be dead. I've done my share of dirt back home, and you know the saying "what goes around comes around".

Thank You
Joey
