Rocks are an amazing part of creation. Without rocks, the earth would collapse, due to being soft. As you may know, there are layers of rock below the earth's sediment. If there was no rock, then the layers would disappear, leaving nothing but empty space for the world to crumble into, which makes sense

Looks like you're learning a little bit of earth science. Wait till you have to know every single different type of rock and how they are formed. I had to learn that stuff--but do I remember any of it? No.
