There's a balance between the two. you can be made up but not bitchy.

Well, I went to an all-guys school for four years so I guess I sort of missed out on this developmental stage where girls started spending lots of time getting ready to draw the male eye.

My campus is huge, now, and I spend a lot of time walking. I appreciate the eye-candy. But I've found that it has to stay as eye-candy, because for the most part there isn't a lot hidden behind all that makeup and hairspray or giant sunglasses.

I elect to sit alone in a corner, for the most part. I tell myself it's about individuality. Mostly it's about lacking the ability to talk to people.

I would think that there have to be other people who feel the way you do who could sit in the corner with you and get along with you well. Worst case scenario is you have company with whom you can make fun of people who woke up at 5:30am just so their hair would be done by their 9am class. Hypothetically, anyway.

fresca i think you and i had our own little rocky start to begin with but i can now see where you come from and i think you sort of saw where i do...however it is all just a fecade...fashion that is! trust me i love it like the next "oc girl" i mean shit i just stocked my new JUICY book bag with my school supplies for my first day at school tomorrow...however i hate getting judged simply by what i wear and how i do my hair..unfortunately to be honest at the same i time i love it. There really is no answer to this problem except that we must not judge...fuck thats hard considering i am the master of it...when we break down all the stereotypes and fashion labels all in all i think we all come from a pretty even playing field...trying to find ourselves in a world of madness driven by money, power, intelligence, etc.

"Not get bitchy just cuz you think you look good" will be a general answer to this dilemma. Though I'm not a girl, I'm as close to one as a straight guy can get and I'm rarely bitchy... A sardonic jerk, possibly, but that's pretty much a 24/7 thing, and quite antithetical to being a bitch (as most bitchy folks are stupid and have no sense of humor ( ... )

or our course you could be like me, and go for girls that wear an arbitrarily small amount of makeup. I mean, if you put as much eyeliner on as Avril Levigne, you start looking goth.
And remember:
nothing says
I suck **** for drugs
like bottom eyeliner

whomever posted this is a moron... you obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Different makeup styles are present for different reasons and for emphasizing different aspects of one's face.

i really hope this is a joke... (sorta like my punctuation lol)
