"Made some water?" Dude, you just say that to get attention! Fess! Seriously, I am a Pellegrino man when it comes to the sparkly. Non-sparkly I don't care so much. I Brita-ize at home...

4. I have very neat handwriting and honestly think that people who don't are just lazy. Unless they're little children or have a disability, of course.

Do you think that also applies to people who never had any handwriting instruction at all? Handwriting isn't an ingrained skill, and some people don't know a thing about it. I used to have quite poor handwriting, but it's improved by leaps and bounds since I started using pens with more free-flowing ink, esp. fountain pens. Lefty + ball point pens = ugly writing (for me).

Yeah, the lefty thing is tricky. My brother and uncle are lefties and have very legible handwriting, though.

I freely admit that this is a bias of mine and that I'm being judgemental, but I didn't have proper handwriting training and can both write and print neatly. In general, I don't care if people know how to write in cursive script at all, but illegible printing is just...not okay with me. It boggles my mind that people know what the letters look like, but can't reproduce them.

Also, I enjoy me some Pellegrino! I don't know why it slipped my mind, because it's one of the best fizzy waters out there. "Made some water" is something my friends M., J., and I have been saying for years without realizing it until the somebody's boyfriend commented on it.

*shrugs* I know what gothic type and nice calligraphy look like, but can't reproduce either one of them by hand. It's not like I don't have any motor control; I can sew, make jewelry, julienne vegetables, etc; I just don't have the patience to fight my own ingrained messy handwriting when not trying to make a sign or something. Even then things tend to turn out crooked...

On the other hand, I *can* type 80+ words a minute... secretary skillz ftw.
