I remember how I ranted about the stupidity of the IEP system, and how often I abused the hell out of it.
If you mean what I'm pretty sure you mean, believe me, it's just as stupid from the teachers' end. The laws were conceived with the noblest of intentions, and carried out with the most frustratingly useless implementation. The system was part of why I quit teaching after less than a year.
