The disadvantage of moving back to your old stomping grounds 10 years later is discovering that you weren't there when most of your old friendes died/got arrested/overdosed/just plain grew up and left the scene. Ditto for most of hte venues you used to hang out it. This issue is compounded when like me you remember neither names nor faces, but

Aagh, I wish I had realized that you were there this weekend! I totally would have contacted you to hang out. (I spent most of the weekend sad and lonely too. Fail.)

You might like the bookstore where I spent most of Saturday -- maybe they have events or book groups that you'd be interested in? There's a pretty active Parkour community in both Denver and Boulder that you might also dig.

I miss you. It's good to read your posts. I understand, it's sad. My ex-hubbie is out there, he said I could give you his number, he likes all sorts of "outdoorsy" things, but he is a workaholic. Hugs to you and Crystal!
