kinda wanna rewatch that film JUST to see if the pharaoh has as much of a crush on moses as it looks like her does in that clip but

that would involve watching the ten commandments and I just

OH MY GOSH I... I want to say "YOU MUST" and actually I DO think you ought to just for the sheer OH MY GOD WHAT IS THIS EVEN WHY IS EVERYONE WEARING GOLD LAMÉ AND ALL THE HIDEOUS MAKEUP OH THIS IS THE WORST NO ONE CAN ACT EVERYTHING IS WHITE PEOPLE NO ONE HAS INVENTED CGI YET etc etc

I mean it's all extremely melodramatic/ott/scenery-chewing so it is, I think, ENTERTAININGLY terrible. IN SHORT I RECOMMEND IT.

Hannah! This has nothing to do with that weird video. BUT. Am I correct in recalling that you spend some summer time on Great Pond in Maine? If so, does some family member of yours own a house up there on the lake? If so where? Do you think they would be willing to let me use their lake access to put in a canoe and do ~*~research~*~ on a weekly or biweekly basis over the summer?

You are correct my uncle owns a place there on the lake! I'm pretty sure they would be fine with it I can put you in contact with my aunt if you like? :D I doubt very much that they would mind at all!

That would be super! I was just talking with my boss about sampling and she was like, "Gee I wish we knew some people with places on these lakes so we could get access at more than just the public boat launch" and I thought of you. It would be very unobtrusive, just coming in once a week or maybe even less and putting a little canoe in at their lake access. And then if you came to visit over the summer I would for definitely see you!

Oh sweet yeah, I'm sure they'll be cool with that! They're very friendly humans! And it would defs be rad to see you :D Let me dig up my aunt's email.
