This is looking like a three-chapter fic. Chapter 2 is short, but Chapter 3 isn't far off.

"I chose this place because it's private. And anonymous. Not because I wanted to get into your pants."
"But if I wanted you to ... something tells me you wouldn't say no."
"I wouldn't, but not for the reasons you're thinking. You're not a charity case. You weren't then, and you aren't now."
"That's debatable. Still, a charity fuck beats the hell out of a hockey game."
"Hockey?"
"Hockey tickets from Foreman. They're at least part of the reason I had to disappear. I should have told him to shove them up his ass. Instead, I shoved them up the hospital's ass."
"You dislike hockey that much?"
"No! I disliked Foreman thinking he could replace Wilson. And don't you even think about going there."
"I wouldn't dream of it, House. It's not what you want, it's not what I want, and it's not what Wilson wanted. You can leave here anytime. But you'll leave knowing that you aren't alone in the world. If that's all you're willing to take from me, it's all I can give you."
"I should go. Greg House ... would go. But Laurence Hughes -- he wants to stick around. So does Jake Peters. And Leonard Robertson. And all those other guys I've been pretending to be. You up for a gang bang?"
"Ha. How many aliases did you have anyway?"
"I lost track. I took up a new one every time we went to a new place ... until the end. I held onto Laurence because Wilson ... his mind was going ... he couldn't ... he ... damn!"
"House. Look at me. It's all right. You haven't cried -- really cried -- for him yet, have you?"
"No. Can't fall apart. What if I can't put myself back together?"
"You will, House. I promise. Now just let it out. Come here."
