I really hope Jennifer Hudson doesn’t win the Best Supporting Actress prize at the Academy Awards. I saw “Dream Girls,” and every time she sang, I wanted a sniper to pick her off with a tidy shot to the head. The movie is constantly trying to point out how much better Hudson’s voice is than Beyonce’s, but to me it was relentless and painful like

Best Picture: though i haven't seen The Queen or Letters from Iwo Jima, my pick is Little Miss Sunshine. Finally an intelligent thoughtful comedy. For me, Babel wasn't really the comment on international relations/tensions the critics made it out to be and the Departed- well, I just never gave it a second thought once I left the theater

I so agree with your assessment on Hudson..I am boycotting dream girls because of her. I am so tired of hearing her sing!! I agree on Little Miss Sunshine for best picture.
