I feel old...
I'm currently reading the newest Star Wars novel Millennium Falcon.
Now, granted I did skip a lot of the previous books although I did sit down and read the final few chapters of the book prior to it so I have an idea of who's doing what and where and who's no longer with us.
However...
Is anyone else finding it just weird that Han and Leia are now GRANDPARENTS??!!
Star Wars is playing on tv this evening and hubby is half-watching it. I watch the scenes where Han and Leia are so antagonistic to each other and where Han says to Luke, "Do you think a princess and a guy like me...?" and I think, how can they be grandparents?? And yet, they are.
And I'm dreading the day they die of old age in the books because I feel like a small part of me will have died. I feel like they should remain immortal, you know. They're fictional characters. They should just go on and on forever.
