There have been many reports of people who died during a jog or run or marathon in recent years. sometimes it's all in the mind. but you still have to listen to your body as well. if your body really can't take then give it a break first, after all 休息都是为了走更长的路. i completed a marathon w/o all these regimes before, it's possible but your body will scream after that. doing these regimes are good buildup to your marathon but you have to keep listening to your body and know its limits.
