LOL, yeah I know I was conversing with Ryan about this. The concensus we came to was that Fornication Under Consent of the King was most likely, as in old school Britain you could only do it if they gave you permission (the population control one). I am equally liable to believe that all these are made-up hoaxes, which I nevertheless derive enjoyment from. FUNNY!
