Oh Art, Im so sorry that happened to you. I know how much of my life is contained on my laptop, and I cant imagine losing it all. I also cant imagine how sad it would be to lose the few items you got in Australia. I saved everything from my trips, and I would be super sad to lose it.

But Im glad you're ok, that it wasn't an armed robbery or something where you could get hurt.
If there's anything you need, you should post it, and Im sure people who have more than they need, would send it to you. It wont be the same, but it would be new memories, and it would help you get by.
