pardon me for butting into your sadbad mood but how about making a zine comic book thing that is square? maybe make a cardboard cover and it can be the size of a CD so it sits in someone's CD shelf easily

Nah it's ok. That is a good idea!! I've realized I LOVE working in squares. So I could probably put a bunch of 4 panel comics in a square zine.

it's so much fun! we did a lot of design in art class in high school for things that didn't exist. i remember i did a cd called mélange. i painted a mask with my left hand once too. it turned out a lot better than expected. we did critique freewrites of paintings as a warmup every day. what a great class.

Yeah, I did too. My class kind of sucked though. I remember hating the teacher. He hated gay things, anime, and... I forget what else. He was super religious. So I combined all those things into my CD cover to piss him off. Gay, naked, floating anime angels in outer space holding hands.
