yay!! It's so good to tune in and find a new post. you've been away too long, miss jess.
your travels sound amazing, as does all the live music.

thanks leya! i *have* been away too long, but i have still been lurkin' around various journals......lurkin' and droolin' that is! yesssss fotos to come for sure. the ones i'm workin' on now are for trades tho, so it'll be after they've been delivered <3

FINALLY! an update!

coupla things:

a) so jealous of your greensboro trip. however, i will be making one myself at the end of june/beginning of july for chris burgin's wedding and some hangin out in the boro/wilmington.

b) i love ATP but have yet to see them (even though they are from here). erik always knows what to recommend to me.

c) i agree with you -- i miss songs:ohia. i can get down with MEC, but solojason has my heart.

He's got a solo record coming out this summer. It's called Let Me Go, Let Me Go, Let Me Go. I can't wait.

good times indeed, some stressful times i left out of the entry tho.......ha!

i love the rain poem too........i just found out that there is another poem from this guy in another part of the city, gonna have to check that out on my next trip there! <3

Glad your back! I just started this livejournal thing right before your hiatus. I still only have a few friends, and feel like I may be lurking too much!

Congrats on finishing your coursework for your MA! I wish you lot of luck with your dissertation, how much time do you have? a year?

I always planned on getting my MA, but now that I am done with my master's in library science I think I'm done. I'm pooped. Maybe I'll just live through you vicariously, but then again that maybe creepier than lurking :)

hey lady! actually the dissertation is due in at the end of september, scary huh? i'm pretty nervous when i think about it so i've chosen not to think about it this week and just spent excessive amounts of time doing nothing! i'm really excited that you did library science, i was contemplating doing that for a while,,,,there are some interesting correlations between museums and libraries ;-)

don't worry about lurking, i am just as bad! oh and your stuff over at frecklewonder is just lovely.......so professional! <3
