Olie had to move up north, with my parents, until we can buy a house. The company we rent from found out about her (I tried warning her about her barking!), and were not pleased. Pretty sad, but it'll be better for her to be running around in the woods up north - chasing their other dogs and all the other woodland creatures.

Such great times this weekend.
Inevitably, with the amount of alcohol consumed, there were some crazy moments. Some crying and blood from running on ice. Worth it, though. :)

Well, today is the day I quit my job at the KIA. I've been a part time receptionist at the museum for about...three years, I think? It's the easiest, slacker job I've ever had, but I've loved it because I get to spend time around the students and art teachers from the art school. Very cool ( Read more... )

I landed an exciting new job last week - planning life-enriching activities/programs for residents of a local nursing home. I'm keeping my job at MRC Industries as a substitute vocational trainer for physically and/or mentally disabled adults. I'm up in the elbows in social work and I looove it!
